Target Technology consolidates benefits into a portal. WagePerks does that AND gives you HR tools — employee profiles, team management, absence tracking, document compliance, and three-tier permissions.
Shift & rota management
WagePerks includes a visual drag-and-drop rota planner, open shifts, conflict detection, and push notifications. Target Technology doesn't offer scheduling at all.
GPS clock-in with geofencing
Your employees clock in from their phone. You see who's where in real time. Geofencing validates they're at the right location. Target Technology has no time tracking features.
Transparent pricing
WagePerks publishes its pricing: £4.50/employee/month all-in (GP+EAP available as optional add-on) and EAP. No setup fees, no contracts. Target Technology doesn't publish pricing at all — you have to request a quote.
